Taipei:

Our Library is open to the public
Monday – Friday from 09:00am – 05:00pm.

We have phone counseling
Monday to Friday from 09:00 –05 :00 P.M.

(Inquiries by mail requiring extensive reference work will be answered only for those persons living outside the greater Taipei area.)

We have one-to-one counseling
Monday to Wednesday from 02:00pm – 04:00pm.
Monday to Wednesday.
And Thursday 02:00pm – 03:00pm.

Taichung:

A part-time adviser is present for consultation on Fridays and Saturdays.
