The Foundation for Scholarly Exchange (FSE), a bilateral, non-profit organization, administers the Fulbright program in Taiwan. FSE also provides promotes the international exchange of knowledge, scholarship and experiences by providing facilitative support and advising for all people located in Taiwan who are exploring educational opportunities at all levels in the United States of America.
