\u5b78\u8853\u4ea4\u6d41\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u975e\u5e38\u69ae\u5e78\u65bc\u4eca\u5e74\u8d77\u70ba\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u4e4bELTA(English Language Teaching Assistant) \u82f1\u8a9e\u6559\u5b78\u4eba\u624d\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5c08\u696dTESOL \u82f1\u8a9e\u6559\u5b78\u57f9\u8a13\u8207\u76f8\u95dc\u8cc7\u6e90\u5171\u4eab\u2014 \u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c07\u70ba\u6240\u6709\u5373\u5c07\u5728\u81fa\u7063\u64d4\u4efbELTA\u7684\u5916\u7c4d\u6559\u5b78\u52a9\u7406\u80fd\u5920\u66f4\u4e86\u89e3\u81fa\u7063\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4e5f\u8f14\u5c0e\u5373\u5c07\u6295\u5165\u6821\u5712\u7684ELTA\u5982\u4f55\u5c07\u8de8\u6587\u5316\u7684\u4ea4\u6d41\u4e92\u52d5\u548c\u5728\u5730\u6587\u5316\u505a\u7d50\u5408\uff0c \u9f13\u52f5\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5b78\u5b78\u751f\u52c7\u6562\u958b\u53e3\u8aaa\u82f1\u8a9e\u3002 The English Language Teaching Assistant Program (ELTA\u8a08\u756b)\u4fc2\u70ba\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u91dd\u5c0d\u81fa\u7063\u82f1\u8a9e\u6559\u5b78\u6240\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u57f9\u80b2\u4eae\u9ede\u8a08\u756b\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\u5e74\u8a08\u756b\u900f\u904e\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u8a2d\u7acb\u7684\u96d9\u8a9e\u6559\u80b2\u5340\u57df\u8cc7\u6e90\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e26\u7531\u570b\u7acb\u4e2d\u5c71\u5927\u5b78\u8207\u6587\u85fb\u5916\u8a9e\u5927\u5b78\u5171\u540c\u57f7\u884c\u3002 \u672c\u8a08\u756b\u64ec\u62db\u52df\u7b26\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u4e4b\u512a\u79c0\u5916\u7c4d\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u4fdf\u5b8c\u6210 18 \u5c0f\u6642\u82f1\u8a9e\u6559\u5b78\u57f9\u8a13\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5f8c\uff0c\u64d4\u4efb\u5927\u9ad8\u96c4\u5730\u5340\u4e2d\/\u5c0f\u5b78\u82f1\u8a9e\u6559\u5b78\u52a9\u7406\uff1b\u900f\u904e\u82f1\u8a9e\u6559\u5b78\u6d3b\u52d5\u53ca\u53e3\u8a9e\u7df4\u7fd2\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u57f9\u990a\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5b78\u5b78\u751f\u80fd\u4ee5\u82f1\u8a9e\u81ea\u4fe1\u8868\u9054\u610f\u898b\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002 \u672c\u6b21\u5e2b\u8cc7\u57f9\u8a13\u7531\u57fa\u91d1\u6703TEFL \u82f1\u8a9e\u6559\u5b78\u5c08\u696d\u9867\u554f\u5718\u968a(Dejah Crystal, Matthew Gleason, and David Herman)\u5206\u5225\u65bc9\u6708\u9678\u7e8c\u8209\u8fa6\u7dda\u4e0a\u548c\u6587\u85fb\u5916\u8a9e\u5927\u5b78\u8fa6\u7406\u5be6\u9ad4\u57f9\u8a13\u8ab2\u7a0b\u3002 \u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u4ea6\u5c07\u65bc10\u670815\u65e5\u81f317\u65e5\u65bc\u570b\u7acb\u4e2d\u5c71\u5927\u5b78\u8209\u8fa6\u76f8\u95dc\u57f9\u8a13\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c \u85c9\u7531\u70ba\u6559\u80b2\u90e8ELTA\u8a08\u756b\u5efa\u7acb\u8d77\u7d2e\u5be6\u7684\u6559\u5b78\u6839\u57fa\uff0c\u70ba\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u96d9\u8a9e\u6559\u80b2\u9f4a\u737b\u5fc3\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
