Coming from the Southern US, I know very well about Southern hospitality. I think it's not the same here in Taiwan. There are differences, but it's something that I can relate to. And it's so refreshing to be able to walk around and look like I may be lost or not quite sure where I'm going, sometimes like they're when I'm on the street people will come up to me and say ‘do you need directions, and where are you going?'
