On September 6th, Deputy Director-General Regine Chen the representative of Vincent Chin-Hsiang Yao, FSE Board Member and the Director-General of North American Affairs, welcomed the U.S. Fulbright Scholars, Fellows, and Graduate Students at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). Ms. Chen spoke about “Relationships between U.S. and Taiwan” to emphasize the importance of the U.S.-Taiwan friendship.
