FSE jointly hosted the “International Education Conference on Ocean Sustainability and Bilingual Promotion 2022” with Penghu County Government and National Penghu University of Science and Technology (NPU), on October 22, 2022. This conference is a platform of promoting Penghu’s sustainable development and bilingual education.
Dr. Randall Nadeau, FSE Executive Director, Mr. Lai Feng Wei, the Magistrate of Penghu County, and Dr. Tim Chen, NPU Secretary General, signed an MoU on Educational Collaboration, during the conference. This MoU will be the foundation of strategic blueprints on Penghu’s bilingual education.
