The Fulbright Taiwan Debate Program, a program of the Foundation for Scholarly Exchange (Fulbright Taiwan), is pleased to have Changhua Ching Cheng High School as a program partner this year. To express our vision of boosting American Debate Education in Changhua, Dr. Randall Nadeau, FSE Executive Director, visited Ching Cheng High School on December 14, 2022. During the class observation, Dr. Nadeau encouraged all of Ching Cheng’s students to seize this valuable opportunity that not only improves their critical thinking skills but also enables them to engage in public diplomacy issues between Taiwan and the U.S.
