“Nomad Chaos,” a Short Animation Film Directed by Fulbright FLTA Grantee Huang Ai-Chun, Breaks Out at Shoreline Short Short Film Festival

Ms. Huang Ai-Chun is one of our 2016-2017 Fulbright FLTAs, hosted by Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Before going to the U.S., she was an art teacher in Taichung First Senior High School. After her FLTA year, she continued to contribute her talents to promoting Taiwan cultures in the art field.

Huang’s short animation film “Nomad Chaos” breaks out at the Shoreline Short Short Film Festival this year. The Film Festival aims to support emerging and developing filmmakers in Washington State and encourage appreciation for the art of filmmaking in the local community.

As many of our Taiwan FLTA Grantees figure out their talents and future goals through our program, we look forward to your participation in Taiwan’s FLTA program.
